My name is Tom Malafarina. I founded Malafarina Technologies in 1989 as a CNC Programming and Contract Manfuacturing Engineering company. I quickly learned that the orgainzation, documentation and simplification skills that I used for my manufacturing clients could easily be adapted for virtually any business.
